Sunset 

This fire was 5 miles away to the north yesterday.  The flames in the picture below were about 20ft high.


The men and women of the local volunteer fire departments (saints) contained it and in ran it into the river.

 It’s still smoldering today. That coupled with 99 F heat and a stiff, sustained west wind of 40mph gave us this gem:
